DLX P-50 Silicate primer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
DLX P-50 is an undercoat plastering mix to prepare the substrate under DLX T-50 thin coat silicate plasters. It can be used on all even mineral substrates which are capable of holding the paint, such as concrete, gypsum, traditional cement or cement-lime plasters, plasterboards and other substrates. It can be used inside or outside a building.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be stable, even and adequately strong, without any layers that could reduce adhesion, in particular dust, dirt, lime, oil, grease and wax. Remove old paints and plasters with unsatisfactory adhesion. Level off and remove any rough places and cavities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The DLX P-50 undercoat plastering mix is supplied as a ready to use product. It cannot be mixed with other materials, diluted or thickened. Stir the mass directly before use to improve its consistency. Apply DLX P-50 on the substrate prepared in advance (evenly across the entire surface) using a roller or brush. Do not apply the mix at a temperature below +5°C. You can plaster the surface after the mix dries off completely, i.e. after about 4-6 hours from application.

CONSUMPTION:
An average consumption is about 0.2 L per 1 m2.

NOTE:
Protect eyes and skin. Seek medical advice on direct eye contact.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Transport and store in tightly closed original packaging (preferably on pallets), in dry conditions at over zero temperatures. Protect against overheating. Do not leave open containers.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months from the manufacture date stated on the container.
